Pat Lamb

Pat Lamb has been president of Scottsdale-based Homeowners Financial Group USA LLC for the past five years.

He is responsible for establishing and executing the company’s strategic plan as it grows from a local to a national mortgage lender. Currently, Homeowners Financial has 34 branches nationwide.

At the age of 46, Lamb has more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry with a focus on mortgage banking, capital markets, operations, risk management and administration. He obtained his law degree and MBA from Georgetown University in 1997, and received his undergraduate degree of entrepreneurship from University of Arizona in 1993.

Lamb, the father of six, has served on the board for the Boys and Girls Club of Great Scottsdale; the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation; and Merscorp Inc.

The Apollo Foundation was created by the Lamb family in the memory of their infant son, Apollo. Upon becoming president of Homeowners Financial Group, he dedicated the infrastructure of the foundation to help co-found the CARE Fund in January 2013. The CARE Fund helps families with a critically ill child pay their mortgage or rent when medical expenses severely limit their ability to meet their monthly housing obligations. It is the only granted organization of its kind in Arizona.
