An Arizona native, Kelsey Waite, PCM holds a BA in Communications from University of California: Santa Barbara and graduated with Highest Honors (top 2% of class) along with completion of the Honors program in just three years. She was also named the top senior with outstanding achievement in the Social Sciences through the UCSB College of Letters & Science Luis Leal Commencement Award.
Kelsey is the Marketing Supervisor at Scottsdale-based mortgage company Homeowners Financial Group, where she helps to guide all internal and external branding and communications. She utilizes visual and creative design concepts to promote the Company and Sales staff while ensuring compliance with government and industry regulations. From graphic design to planning employee engagement initiatives, you will find this #HFGHomie wearing many hats! Her work earned her a spot in HFG’s 2016 President’s Club, and she was also honored with the Homie With A Heart Award in 2017.
Professionally, Kelsey is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and received her Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) credentials upon completion of their Marketing Management certification. She also serves on the Board of Directors for GET Phoenix Young Professionals as the Marketing Committee Chair.
In her free time, Kelsey is extremely passionate about local nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as the Webmaster and on the Marketing Committee of Care Fund, a nonprofit providing mortgage or rent support to Arizona families during their child’s extended health crisis. She is also the Webmaster for Kids In Focus helping at-risk youth through photography, and designs e-communications for the Elisabeth Kubler-Ross Foundation for palliative care. She enjoys volunteering for various events at the Foundation for Blind Children (FBC), and even assumed the position of Event Chair for the Phoenix Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter’s third-annual Tables That Bloom Luncheon Fundraiser & Silent Auction raising over $31,000 for FBC and the Delta Gamma Foundation.
