Part of our cultural values here at Homeowners Financial Group include (1) encouraging our people to use their own unique talents to put their personal stamp on the areas they touch, and (2) showing our people appreciation and recognition for the quality of their work and dedication. Every year, our Employee of the Year Award aims to recognize the employees who consistently go above and beyond the standard. This person truly embodies the core of what’s important here at HFG.

During our virtual State of the Union event this past October, we were proud to congratulate our Las Vegas, NV Branch Manager Brian Esposito for being selected as Employee of the Year for 2019! With his grateful and humble demeanor, Brian graciously accepted the award by sharing a few words:

About Brian

Brian joined HFG in December 2016 and quickly became an integral part of the company. His willingness to put others before himself and his caring approach proved him to be an influential leader in our industry. Over the course of his career as a Homie, Brian has been dedicated to converting his relationships into long-term friendships while focusing on sales, marketing and operations in a variety of business segments. His outstanding performance as an employee is a true testament to the love he has for his work. But, Brian’s true passion comes from giving back. In 2004, he founded the nonprofit organization, Par for the Cure, after his mother, JoAnn, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, he has honored his mother’s passing by raising over $1,600,000 for breast cancer research and only plans to continue growing his impact.

It’s individuals like Brian who inspire us to embrace the positives in life. We are lucky to have him as part of our work family and are proud to honor Brian as Employee of the Year. For more information on Par for the Cure or to donate, please visit: www.parforthecure.com.
