About Cindy Levorah
Cindy Levorah started her professional career in the Real Estate in 1978 as a real estate broker in the Midwest and then in California with a boutique firm in Rancho Santa Fe, California. In 2004 she made a career move into home financing. She specializes in assisting clients with unique financing requirements including self-employed to complex financial arrangements. She provides a full-service approach to her clients as a single point of contact throughout the entire process. She has also expanded her services to include Reverse Mortgages.
She is very active in volunteering with non-profit organizations in the communities in which she lives in. Cindy was the executive director of Community Alliance Cooperative, a nonprofit organization she formed to be of service to a village in Tanzania following a trip in 2009. The organization built a trade school, Agape Community Center, to provide vocational training for the Pommern community including skills such as sewing, masonry, electrical, carpentry, and other trades. The school is now self-sufficient and operating fully on its own.
Cindy has two daughters – Ashley who graduated with honors in her master’s program from UNM, and Katie, a USAF veteran, who graduated with honors from GCU and with honors in her master’s program from Texas Wesleyan. Ashley serves her community of Austin through her counseling services specializing in offering support in the LGBTQ community. Katie continues her service as a Program Manager on the F35 production.
One of Cindy’s greatest joys is to be a part of the homebuying process by assisting clients in finding the best financing program for their home purchase. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, volunteering, and outdoor activities.
