Cindy Levorah started her professional career in the Real Estate in 1978 as a real estate broker in the Midwest and then in California with a boutique firm in Rancho Santa Fe, California. In 2004 she made a career move into home financing. She specializes in assisting clients with unique financing requirements including self-employed to complex financial arrangements. She provides a full-service approach to her clients as a single point of contact throughout the entire process. She has also expanded her services to include Reverse Mortgages.
She is very active in volunteering with non- profits in the communities in which she lives in. Cindy is the executive director of Community Alliance Cooperative, a nonprofit organization she formed to be of service to a village in Tanzania following a trip in 2009. The organization has built a trade school, Agape Community Center to provide vocational training for the Pommern community. Skills such as sewing, masonry, electrical, carpentry, and other trades are offered at Agape.
Cindy has two daughters – Ashley who has recently graduated with honors from UNM, and Katie, a USAF veteran, who has recently graduated with honors from GCU.
One of her greatest joys is to be a part of the home buying process by being able to assist clients with finding the best financing program to purchase their home with.
She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family. She is also very active volunteering with non-profits in the communities in which she lives.
