About Christopher A. Viviano
Chris Viviano has 38 years of experience in mortgage origination, sales and management. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Chris founded Houston Capital Mortgage in 1989 and later sold the company in 2014. He is a past Director of the Houston Association of Mortgage Brokers and current member of the Houston Mortgage Bankers and Texas Mortgage Bankers Associations.
As a Regional Manager, Chris is responsible for expanding offices in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Oklahoma. He mentors loan originators in his region and continues to originate loans in Houston. Along with his wife Catherine, who was his high school sweetheart, Chris has two adult sons. The family are members of the Human Rights Campaign’s Federal Club and are involved in Pace Youth, a program that offers prevention and intervention services to delinquent and at-risk youth. Chris has been an avid cyclist for two decades and more recently taken up auto racing.
