With over ten years in the
mortgage banking industry, Nancy Consolo has performed each
valuable step in the residential and builder mortgage
business -- from processing and closing to wholesale lending
and loan origination. Her forte is attention to detail and
impeccable customer service.
Ms. Consolo's experience includes working with such notable
national builders as Pulte/Del Web and numerous small to
medium production builders throughout Arizona.
In 2007, Nancy Consolo was recruited by top ranked mortgage
banker, Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC, as a loan
originator in their Scottsdale headquarters, located at the
prestigious Promenade at Frank Lloyd Wright and Scottsdale
Road. HFG is an award winning mortgage banker, ranked as a
Top 10 Mortgage Banker in Arizona, voted Top 5 "Best Places
to Work" and has received the coveted ACE Award for one of
the "Top 25 Fastest Growing Companies" in Arizona.
As a member of the Scottsdale and Tempe Chambers of
Commerce, Nancy maintains relationships throughout the

industry membership through the Homebuilders Association of
