Estate and Finance in 1977, Joe Capitano began a rewarding
career assisting families realize their dreams of home
ownership. His extensive knowledge and network lead him to

Arizona, Homeowners Financial Group, recently named to the
Top 25 Mortgage Lending institutions in Arizona and Top
Mortgage lender, "Best Places to Work" in Arizona, by the
Phoenix Business Journal. As one of seven partners, Joe's
community service as well as his radio show on KFNN every
Wednesday called "Average Joe Loans" makes him one of the
most respected in his industry. A resident since 1962, Mr.
Capitano attended Arizona State University and is a die hard
