For more than 20 years,
he exemplified exceptional management and leadership within
the mortgage and banking industries. Over those years, he
was able to handle full profit and loss responsibilities,
budget preparation, controlling expenditures, increasing
sales, staff development, and project management with
outstanding results.
In 2004, he served as the Divisional Branch Manager for
Ryland Mortgage and Title. He proactively directed more than
800 homes in backlog while maintaining a 93% capture rate by
consistently providing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly
production reviews and reports. In the year 2000, he was
able to grow the Mid America Mortgage Company to 3 state
territories with fund of up to $11 million per month as
Regional Wholesaler Manager.
His career at EllieMae.com and ClickLoan.com in 1998 as
Western Regional Accounts Manager developed his marketing
skills as he was responsible for the promotion of E-commerce
Mortgage Banking Solutions to IT specialist of banking and
broker associations, CEO’s, presidents and owners of
mortgage origination and banking operations. He was able to
launch sales distribution channels and affiliate programs
that positioned IBM’s E-Business Solutions and sales by 34%
higher than forecasted as Regional Accounts Manager of
Vallion.com. In 1990, he became the National Sales Manager
for Metriplex Systems Incorporated, wherein he was
recognized as the largest producer of new business in the
company with sales in excess of $1 million dollars.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business
Management, with major in Accounting at Saint Johns
University. He also had a comprehensive training at Center
of Creative Leadership in 2006. In his entire career, he was
awarded with Operating Committee Performance Award at KB
Homes, Chairman’s Award Branch of the Year and nominated as
Branch of the Year from Ryland Homes. |
