With over 30 years of history in the real estate and financial industries, Denise Yohn´s expertise started in the real estate industry in 1977, and then she entered the mortgage business in 1979 in Los Angeles, California.

In 1983, Denise moved her business to Arizona and during the 1980s she was a processor, operations manager and an underwriter. She holds the FHA and VA approved underwriter designation and was one of the first underwriters to receive the official DE designation. Denise became a branch manager in 1990 and successfully managed loan offices through the 1990s.

In 2000, Denise realized that she missed working with the public and decided to become a Loan Officer. She is presently with Homeowners Financial Group USA, LLC., in Scottsdale, Arizona, a Top 6 Mortgage Banker and ACE Award winning organization. Denise says that being a loan officer is the most rewarding chapter in her career because she gets to help clients achieve their dreams of owning their own home. Her mortgage industry specialty is in matching the individual needs of her clients to the right loan products available. Her expertise is in government loans, (FHA and VA).

Ms. Yohn´s community service is with The American Red Cross on a Disaster Action Team, where she is on-call for local, regional and national emergencies.
