Danielle Swiatek
represents the new generation of professional. A consummate
customer service consultant and highly organized business
leader, she possesses exceptional traits in her position

the Top Mortgage Companies in Arizona, as well as Top 4

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University with
a Communication Major and Business Minor, Ms. Swiatek has
performed in the mortgage industry for over 7 years. Her
rise through the ranks of mortgage processing allows her a
formidable understanding of all facets of processing & loan
originating, with emphasis on the new home buyer – taking
the time to counsel buyers to better understand their
purchase transaction and various loan products while
providing a helping hand step-by-step through the mortgage
process.
Ms. Swiatek has also gained expertise with FHA,
Conventional, and Construction Financing programs and is
presently a Loan Consultant at Homeowners Financial Group. |
