BEST PLACES TO WORK

Homeowners Financial Group has consistently placed in the top 5 for the “Best Places to Work” list in the past seven years reaching the #2 spot this year. The program highlights Phoenix-area companies with great workplace practices whose operations are changing the business landscape. Once a company registers, they are assigned an access code that is then distributed to company employees. A tiered percentage of each company’s employees has to log on to Quantum’s Web site, enter their company access code and take an employee survey about their workplace. The data is then gathered and a proprietary formula is used to rank companies based solely on employee feedback. In order for a company to make the Best Places to Work list, it has to receive a score of 80 percent or greater based on the ranking formula.
