and has been in the lending industry for 13 years. Her niche
is definitely construction to permanent loans, along with
lot loans, residential and commercial, and refinancing. She
enjoys a large referral base from the community, realtors,
family and friends. Over the years she has partnered with
many builders who have tremendous trust in her and her
knowledge to take care of not only the needs of the builder
but also those of the buyers through the transactions of
their projects.
Annette attributes her success on keeping up with the market
and program guidelines that are available to best suit her
clients in the mortgage process. She has high regard for
