The RTA is a tour of approximately ten houses in a designated area. As mentioned in your invitation e-mail, it is designed to increase the sale of your home!  Ultimately, the RTA will bring more circulation through your home to provide better potential for it to sell.

What is the RTA Tour Like?  

The Realtor Tour Alliance™ is composed of ten realtors each with a similar home in the designated area. The group meets at 9:00am at the first showing; Our Alliance will provide an assortment of morning breakfast and beverage items. The
tour usually lasts about two hours.  At the first house you will be handed an RTA booklet which consists of each listings map quest directions, MLS listing, and feedback survey. Every feedback survey will be collected at the end of each showing and re-distributed to each homes’ representative at the end of the tour.

The Map Quest directions are fully detailed and start from the first home and continue through the end of the tour.  Carpooling will be an option provided for you during the entire length of the tour between each house.
